Vivimi Jewelry is committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy of 30 days from receipt of the item.

To be eligible for return, the jewelry must meet the following criteria:

. There must be no signs of wear.
. The item must be in the same condition as when received.
. It must be returned in the original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned including:

. Individualized pieces of jewelry.
. Items damaged due to improper use.
. Jewelry returned after the 30 day period has expired.

1. Contact us via email {info@vivimi.ch} to start the return process.

2. Wait for the return instructions and authorization number.

3. Pack the jewelry securely, including all accessories and original packaging.

4. Return the jewelry to the address provided using a tracking service.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned jewelry, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. We recommend that you make the return and make a new purchase if necessary if you want different jewelry.
