Return Shipments
VIVIMI Return Policy
At Vivimi, we place great importance on customer satisfaction and strive to offer a simple and convenient return process. You can easily return items within 14 days of receipt, usually at your own expense. After this period, returns are no longer possible. However, if a product is defective or if an incorrect delivery has occurred due to shipping or logistical errors, the return will be free of charge.
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Log in to your customer account under “My Account.”
- Click on “Orders.”
- Select the order from which you want to return an item and click on “View.”
- Click on “Return Request.”
- Choose the product you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
- Once all fields are correctly filled out, you can submit the “Return Request.”
- The shipping label will be generated and can be printed.
- The shipping label will also be sent to your email address.
- Pack your items – Place the items in the packaging and attach the shipping label.
- Send your return – Drop off your package at a post office or an appropriate location.
- Refund – Keep the return receipt. Once the package is received, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
